Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS NAME], ABN [ABN] ("we", "us"), the operator of TickPraise. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what's sent from your account.

Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. After the trial, sending appraisals and converting handwriting need a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Using TickPraise properly

• Use it for property appraisals and related work for your agency.
• Only enter vendor information you've collected lawfully, and only send appraisals to people entitled to receive them.
• Don't use it to send spam, try to get around usage limits, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

The appraisals, notes, logos and question changes you create are yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run TickPraise for you, such as building and sending your emails and PDFs.

Appraisals are your professional judgement

TickPraise is a note-taking and reporting tool. It doesn't value property or check what you record. You're responsible for the accuracy of your appraisals and for meeting your obligations as an agent under the laws of your state or territory.

Availability

We work to keep TickPraise running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. Appraisals save on your device as you work, so finish and send important appraisals promptly and keep your own records.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using TickPraise at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and we'll refund any prepaid period you haven't used.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you about significant changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions? Email hello@tickpraise.com.au.
